BREAKDOWN AND NEGOTIATING

Some of our Clients prefer to avoid the detailed assessment procedure altogether and, where possible, would rather negotiate costs in the interests of cash flow.  The primary benefit is of course speed, since the detailed assessment procedure can take at least 3 months to complete, at best.  The majority of negotiated settlements are completed in around 4 to 6 weeks.

In order to satisfy our Clients' needs, we have introduced a 7-day Costs Breakdown service.  We will take your files and cost them within 7 days and return them for you to then negotiate.  And for those who prefer to avoid dealing with costs altogether, we can negotiate costs on your behalf
