Court of Protection

Our vast experience and knowledge of Court of Protection costs enables us to strike the balance between protecting vulnerable people whilst ensuring that our clients are properly remunerated for the work they do.

We draw Bills of Costs with this in mind and, where appropriate, provide justification for items which are at risk of being disallowed.  This meticulous attention to detail often results in higher amounts being allowed on assessment.

We advise and prepare Bills of Costs (both short form and detailed) relating to Deputyship applications, General Management work and Statutory Will applications.
