Gilligan Legal Costs Management (formerly Gilligan & Co) was founded in 1993. The company was created to provide a specialised service for Solicitors dealing with complex and high value litigation.

The company now has a national client base built solely on word of mouth and recommendations from existing clients, as well as Barristers and District Judges.

Managing Director Paul Gilligan, a Costs Draftsman with over 30 years’ experience, continues to oversee the preparation of large and complex bills and attends detailed assessment hearings across the country.
